Desert Fathers and Mothers : for professed monastics/ religious
Members of different communities will be guided by Fr Ephrem in reading together the texts about the lives of the Egyptian Desert spiritual teachers on prayer and the Christian monastic way of life.

The sayings of the fathers and mothers of the desert are available in English in published versions that include the Alphabetical Collection, the Anonymous Collection and the Systematic Collection.
